Note:  Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customer's own risk. East Coast BMW holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.


Conditions of Use:

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.


All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of East Coast BMW or its suppliers/manufacturers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of and related to East Coast BMW are proprietary to East Coast BMW. All other trademarks not owned by East Coast Supra or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by East Coast BMW.  Product information such as text, logos, and/or images used to promote products and/or the sale of products have been provided to East Coast BMW along with permission to use directly from the supplier or manufacturer.  Any unauthorized use from other companies of the materials appearing on this site without written permission from the supplier and or manufacturer may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property East Coast BMW or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.


Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. East Coast BMW reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. East Coast BMW reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. East Coast BMW may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with East Coast BMW, you have entered in a contract to purchase, and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 72 hours for your order to process. If the item(s) is/are being shipped from the manufacturer they are typically also shipped within the next 3-4 business days, but this can vary depending on production times, differences in time zones, and international holidays. If you need priority delivery, then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Because East Coast BMW reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  East Coast BMW cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but an error which is East Coast Supra’s responsibility is to correct the error.


Ordering Procedure

If you order a product, your payment is taken immediately. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order before a product is shipped, we will cancel and refund you your payment. Order cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee as a result of payment processor fees and time. If the product(s) are a special order, once the Special Order has been confirmed via email, the order cannot be cancelled.

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier cannot be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately, once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable. Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason, it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. 

The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders, (Outside the USA), are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.


If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for up to a 25% restocking fee. This is dependent on the manufacture or vendor.  Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the shipped date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from East Coast Supra, or its partners, are shipped via FedEx or Freight and may require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacture or vendor may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to East Coast BMW or the manufacture/vendor, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a restocking fee. 



If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, we will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

Shipping Damage

East Coast BMW packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as East Coast Supra from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

All damages must be notified to carrier and the dealer within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to the distributor and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. East Coast BMW, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

Special Order Items

Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle.  These items generally require a deposit or paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is received to East Coast BMW and the customer agrees to order the special-order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations or returns are not allowed on special order parts. 


Payment Terms

East Coast BMW accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, Affirm, Venmo, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified.  All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.



All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. East Coast BMW does not offer any of our own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacture and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping.  Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture or East Coast BMW, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by East Coast BMW; however, we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing. 

Defective Products

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore, it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return.

Digital Products

Digital products are files or codes that are sent and received via email. Tune files, licenses, codes and other digital materials are all considered digital products of East Coast BMW. Redistribution of these products is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of digital products, East Coast BMW does not accept any returns or refunds on these items. Once a digital file is sent and received or opened, the service is considered rendered and is not possible to return, exchange, or refund. 

Core Fees &  Core Returns

Some products require core parts to be returned to East Coast Supra in good working order. Core fees can be utilized to ship out your product before receiving the core part in acceptable condition. Core fees will be held and returned minus a 3.5% processing fee when the core part is received and determined to be in good working order.  All core parts must be sent within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Core parts will not be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order and the core fee will be retained by East Coast BMW.
